Personal responsibility is when you do your best to fulfill your responsibilities in your life. Taking responsibility one can also say that taking control over your emotions, personal feelings, living a life with some purpose or ambition. So, you are personally responsible for your own action and nobody is blamed or nobody is telling to do what you are doing.
