Answer:

aim: to prove that CO2 is essential for photosynthesis

material used: glass bottle with cork ,potted plant,koH Sol. , iodine Sol., Vaseline

3) potassium hydroxide

4) the portion of the leaf that is inside the bottle has no CO2 as koH Sol. absorbs the CO2 present inside the bottle . so,it doesn't turn into blue colour.

5) Take a potted plant keep in the dark room for destarched.

Take a glass bottle ,take 5-10 ml of koH Sol. after adding Sol. into bottle close its mouth with a rubber cork

insert one selected leaf into the bottle through split cork in such a way that half of the leaf inside the bottle and the other half outside the cork

6)the part of the leaf present outside

7) because we need conclusion.keep in dark room for 2-3 days.
