Heya....

1). Organic compounds:
The compounds of Carbon and hydrogen are called organic compounds. Most of the organic compounds are naturally formed.
Ex: Glucose, Acetic acid...etc
Inorganic compounds:
The compounds formed other than Carbon and Hydrogen are called inorganic compounds. Most of the inorganic compounds are synthesized in laboratories.
Ex: HCl, Benzene...etc
2). In-order to name any molecule the “International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry” introduced certain rules, based on which it should be named called as “ nomenclature”.
Naming of any molecule should be given according to IUPAC rules.

IUPAC rules:

Longest possible should be selected.

Name the longest parent carbon chain as per the rules.

Add the name of side chain before the name of parent chain. Least number should be given to substituent on the carbon chain. And mention the number of substituent before its name.

If there more than one same type of substituents present on the carbon chain, then words di and tri… should be added before the name.

According to the IUPAC system of nomenclature, the name of an organic compound consists of a root word, a suffix and a prefix. Root word indicates the number of Carbon atoms in the chain.

3) But 1-ene and But 3-ene are nothing but same only. Actually But 3-ene should not named as the double bond gets more priority (numbering should start from that end which contains double bond).
