Muscles that are under your conscious control are called voluntary muscles. Muscles that are not under your conscious control are called involuntary muscles.

Answer: The difference between voluntary and involuntary muscles are....

Voluntary: These muscles can be controlled by us, i.e. we can move it. Example- Our hand, leg, blah blah blah.

Then..

Involuntary: These muscles can’t be controlled by us and move by themselves. Exampl- Stomach muscle, heart, and so on...

Now this is like a 3rd grade kinda explanation...
