Hey,

the ans of you question is

1) the minimum temperature at which a substance starts to burn is called Ignition temperature.

2) The slow and steady rise in Earth surface temperature is called Global warming.

* The first effect is :

concentration and increase in green house gases in the atmosphere appear main cause of Global warming.

*The second effect is :

CFCs (chlorofluorocarban) containing carbon dioxide, fluorine etc. gases in refrigerator, it is also a main causes of Global warming.
