1. Parliament has the full authority for making laws in any country.

2. Parliament passes a bill and it becomes a law only after President gives assent to it. If President wants he/she can delay the bill for some days and can send the bill back for reconsideration.

3. If parliament passes the bill again , then president has to sign it and it becomes a law.
