2.Adolescence is the period of transition between childhood and adulthood. The period of adolescence is normally 11 to 19 years.

3.Menstruation is normal vaginal bleeding that occurs as part of a women's monthly cycle.

4.Common changes in boys and girls during puberty:-

a) Sudden increase in height

b) Change in body shape

c) Change in voice

d) Maturation of reproductive organs

e) Appearance of secondary sexual characters

5.Prepare table themselves.

6.Estrogen,testosterone and gonadotrophin are examples of sex hormones. They are responsible for the development of secondary sexual characters so they are called sex hormones.
