union list:The Union List or List-I is a list of 100 numbered items given in Seventh Schedule in the Constitution of India on which Parliament has exclusive power to legislate. The legislative section is divided into three lists: Union List, State List and Concurrent List.

state list:The State List or List-II is a list of 61 items. Initially there were 66 items in the list in Schedule Seven to the Constitution of India. The legislative section is divided into three lists: Union List, State List and Concurrent list.

Concurrent list:The Concurrent List or List-III is a list of 52 items given in the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution of India.
