as per my experience for white skin,peamples,dark circles etc...first take neem leaves,them take it out from mixture,then filtrate the thick water,and add 2 spoon turmeric powder in it...done..

apply twice or thrice a day.morning,before sleep.

note:- dont apply it immediately after preparing it...other wise there will be itching in eyes...
