according to me having a daily routine

- PUNCTUAL

he/she needs to be punctual to his/her training

- BALANCED FOOD

food is a major part for a player coz it give the energy he/she needs and having balanced nutrients , vitamins , etc., gives the strength the player needs

- SLEEP

having an enough sleep is very essential for a player coz it give rest or gives time for the muscles to repair and regain it's energy

- PRACTICE OR TRAINING

It is essential because ur muscles need to remember the difficulty of the training so that it can familiarise with any task .
