  • In many places, merchants and traders refused to trade.

  • Different communities have different aims and aspirations, which may conflict with each other, posing a challenge to the system to resolve those,
  • Another problem that a society may confront in unifying different communities is the political leaders at times tend to exploit divisions and prevent unification.
