While this process , reabsorption is the main step.If reabsorption does not takes place - all useful components of primary urine such as glucose,amino acid ,vit-c,potassium,calcium ,sodium ,chlorides and 75% of water are not absorbed and useful substance excreted and the person suffer with many health problem .
