1. Wheat dough if left in open , after a few days ,starts to emit foul smell and becomes unfit for use. Give reason.

because it becomes rancid due to the actions of bacteria on it

It smells due to the action of microbes on it. They decompose the dough. To avoid it, dehydrate it to reduce the moisture content contained in the dough.
