1) National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) was set up in 1993.

2) Right to freedom mean that every person is free and no person can interfere in the works of others.
According to this right, a person is given :-
Freedom to form unions.
Freedom of press.
Freedom of speech and expression.
Freedom to live in any part of the country.
Freedom to practice any profession.
Assembly in peaceful manner.

3) PIL stands for Public Interest Litigation.

4) The national human rights commissioner is appointed by the President.

5) A secular state is one which does not consider any particular religion as official religion. Before law, all religions are equal.

6) In the constitution Fundamental Rights are very important because :-
It provides basic rights to all person of a country without any discrimination.
If any of their rights are being violated, a person can seek remedy through courts.

2) Right to freedom means absence of any form of constraints.Nobody can interfere in the affairs of any individual.Nobody can't dictate people what to do and what not to.

3) PIL stands for Public Litigation Interest.

4) The NHRC Commissioner is appointed by the president of India.

5) Secular state means the state doesn't support any particular religion nor it opposes any religion.Everyone has the right to practice, propagate and profess any religion of their choice.The state maintains neutrality.

6) The Fundamental Rights guarantees the citizens of equality, freedom,justice to their rights. If any of their rights is denied they can seek the fundamental rights present in the constitution and get justice.
