Answer:

1:

The battle of Buxar (1764) was fought because of the misuse of Dastak, Farman and expansion of trade by English and treating of English and Indian merchants alike by the Mir Qasim, the Nawab of Bengal.

The Comapany defeated the Triple alliance of Mir Qasim, Mughal Emperor Shah Alam II and Shuja-ud-Daula of Awadh.

The battle of Buxar made Company the undisputed ruler of Bengal and it paved the foundation of British rule in India. It is thus said that while the Battle of Plassey made Company the ruler of Bengal, the Battle of Buxar made it, the ruler of whole India

2: The Battle of Plassey was fought in north-eastern India on 23 June 1757. Troops of the British East India Company, led by Robert Clive, came up against the forces of Siraj-ud-Daulah, the last Nawab of Bengal, and his French allies

3:

The term Nabob was used to denote a rich European, especially British, who had made his fortune in the Indian subcontinent during the British rule, (and had subsequently styled his lavish lifestyle after the Nawabs).
