1. When you see the word "conflict", what do you think of? Which conflict style should people aim to operate in? Why?

When I see the word conflict, I imagine the terrors and wrongdoings which go on as a consequence of conflicts.

People should always aim to operate in a conflict which does not result in violence. The types of conflicts described are mainly intrapersonal, interpersonal, intragroup and intergroup. None of those come anywhere near my experience.

Why?

I would prefer a non violent conflict because arbitration helps out people and conflict with non violence leads in

-rational decisions

-minimum collateral damage.

Ans2 : Those people who are involved in conflicts tend to feel

-frustrated

-might ruin their relationship with the party they are in a conflict with

Ans 3: Yes definitely, when you are in a conflict at a work place, that will negatively affect the original positive mindset of the employee. It tends to create a negative work environment. The vibes are bad which demotivates a person. And motivation effects the efficiency of a person.
