Hi

Explanation:

(1) when an egg is boiled , it's globular protein gets denatured . water present probably gets either absorbed or adsorbed during denaturation and disappears .

(2) Vitamin C cannot (ascorbic acid) is water soluble . therefore , it is reguletry excreted in urine from the body and cannot be stored .

Answer:

1) When egg is boiled, proteins first undergo denaturation and then coagulation and the water present in the egg gets absorbed in coagulated protein, probably through H-bonding.

2) Vitamin C is cannot be stored in our body because it is a water-soluble vitamin and gets excreted from the body with sweat or urine.
