Shiva joined as a deputy country manager at Sri Lanka.

• After school, Shiva and his older sister Yogeshwari would sell flowers at traffic signals and other areas. Despite his family's best efforts, money was in short supply.
• Shiva used to sell papers as a result of this. Shiva's family requires money for rent and food, among other things, notwithstanding Krishna's payment of Shiva's school expenditures. As a consequence, he kept working and studying hard.
• He got admitted into the Computer Science Engineering program after graduating from high school. He put forth a lot of effort in class and achieved good grades. After that, he abandoned their flower work.
• After lessons, Shiva began working as a salesman at an electronics store till late at night.  Shiva used to work at an electronics store before starting a computer repair company with a friend. Shiva admitted to being delayed for college on occasion as a result of all of this. He would snooze in class because he was exhausted. Teachers chastised him as classmates laughed.
• Meanwhile, Shiva progressed from a morning newspaper delivery kid to a sub-agent with roughly 50 consumers. His profits had climbed significantly, but his workload had increased as well. He continued to distribute papers, but he also had to go to people's homes and businesses to collect money and get new clients.
• On Krishna's advice, he also registered in a CAT prep course. Shiva, on the other hand, recognized after a few lectures that he didn't have time to attend them. So he continued to study at home using their notes and previous CAT question sheets.
• Krishna helped him prepare for IIM mock interviews and group discussions. They spent hours together studying for IIM entrance. He was accepted into IIM. He obtained a position as a deputy country manager in Sri Lanka after graduating from IIM.
