When object between focus and center of curvature

=> When object is placed between focus and center of curvature image is form beyond the center of curvature

Characteristics of Image

i) Image is formed beyond center of curvature

ii) Image is real & inverted

iii) Image is Magnified

iv) | M | > 1 and M = - ve

Information about Sign convention

i) All distance are measured from pole

ii) Distance measured in the direction of incident ray are taken as positive

iii) Distance measured in the direction opposite to that of Incident ray are taken as negative

iv) Distance above the principal axis are taken as positive
