1- I think top or tertiary consumers are not eaten by any other consumer  

2- Man is neither a herbivore nor a carnivore, but an omnivore

3- Biotic factors means living mater such as animals, plants, insects, grass etc. These factors depend upon each other for their survival. Just like it has been explained in relationships between producers, consumers and decomposers.
