A) Since he has put on weight then he must have put on fat. this might block his arteries. the fat also slows down the body and has many bad effects like cholesterol etc.

according to me all the three options are considered as the conditions of bad heath.
a) because our body weight need to be in proper weight according to our height and age. we need to maintain the body there need not be undernutrition or overnutrition.
b) mentally retarded or mentally dipressed or unstable because of lot phscological tensions and stress also consider as bad health
c) as growing children need the food which is rich in carbohydrates and proteins. no problem if food contains both of it but food should be consumed in a right time or else shows side effects such loosing of hair, dandruff, anaemia etc..
