evaporation is the surface phenomenon as the liquid changes into vapours at any temperature with respect to surface. while boiling a liquid ,say water or milk heating is to be done from the bottom of the vessel to bring the temperature of the entire liquid to its boiling point (water =100°celsius ).In boiling extra heat is provided and heat acts on whole amount of water and water gets evaporated.
