Decomposer are those organism who decompose all dead part of living organism i.e; tree ,animals and etc.For ex. some fungi and bacteria. 2.The use of CFCs discourage because CFCs cause the deplation of ozone layer due to which the uv rays come directly on the earth which cause cancer, skin problems, even death.
