2 Though alloys are homogeneous mixtureswhich cannot be separated by physical methods but they are considered to be a mixture because they are constituted by more than one kind of pure form of matter. Moreover, they have an uniform proportion throughout the matter.

Answer: 1) Edward Jenner

Explanation: Alloys are called a mixture because they consist of two elements

Because two or more metals combine in a definite proportion to form alloys they are not form from one metal so they are considered mixtures.  Alloys can be separated by bringing the alloy to a high temperature, where the metal with the lower melting point melts while the metal with the higher melting point remains solid.

Hope this helps you!!!
