Ans 2 : The goal of Gandhian development is to build a self-sufficient society. Each community should be self-reliant. Throughout his life, Gandhi sought to develop ways to fight India's extreme poverty, backwardness and socioeconomic challenges, as a part of his wider involvement in the Indian independence movement.

Ans 3 : Directive Principles of State Policy aims at establishment of a welfare state by securing social and economic justice. These principles are based on socialist thinking . Part IV, Articles 36-51 of the Indian constitution constitutes the Directive Principles of State Policy .
