Explanation:

we all know that most of the population lives in urban areas. So more facilities are available in urban areas like good resturants, malls, water etc. Rural areas don't get proper facilities. Children lack education, good fresh food, water, sanitation etc. people can not afford money to pay bills, data charge, currency in rural areas. So we can say that communication is more in urban areas rater than rural areas.
