1. Why do our body cells require oxygen?
Answers
|| ✰✰ ANSWER ✰✰ ||
Our body cells require oxygen to release energy.
||✪✪ EXPLANATION ✪✪||
Body cells use oxygen to transfer energy stored in food to a usable form. This process, which is called cellular respiration, allows the cells to harness energy to perform vital functions such as powering muscles (including involuntary muscles such as the heart) and the movement of materials into and out of cells. Without oxygen in the body, cells can function for a limited period; long-term oxygen depletion leads to cell death and eventually death of the organism.

Our body cell required oxygen to release energy. The oxygen, we take during respiration it use to break down then food material we eat to release energy from it. When we using oxygen , it diffusion into blood From the lung to alveoli. In between lung and alveoli have very thin wall order to diffusion of oxygen into blood. Then oxygenated blood is then take it to the cell where the cell use it for breakdown energy . So this is why cells required oxygen..
