The unfresh food that we eat for energy and proper functioning of body is considered harmful as being exposed in open environment , many harmful microscopic organisms already make it poisonous that leads to food poisoning & if one eat such good than he/she surely falls ill. So , due to this reason it is suggested that we should never have unfresh and spoiled food items.
