It is necessary for everyone to vote to select their leaders. If people do not vote, people who are irresponsible or not ideal for the job get elected by the help of their followers.These people won't help people's life get better but instead use the money for themselves. If people don't like the to vote for any of leaders, they can vote for NOTA ( None Of The Above). By voting for NOTA, people can show that they do not like the work of any of the parties, and if NOTA gets most votes there would be reelection in the state (or country or whatever).
