1)People in old times invented different forms of stories such as myths, Legend ,folk tales and fables to inculcate and develop values in these stories and make them know about the history. Also they did not have written form . That's why they did this to make people aware of the past.

2)The Myth stories became popular when there was no newspaper ,Tv and internet by the people of the area who used to believe it and spread the Myth stories to other people and through this way it kept on passing.
