2)Communicative strategy affects the message and delivery because it totally depends on the communication skills and tone of the speaker as to how the receiving end takes it. A well elaborated but specific communication gives clarity to the speaker as well as the listener.

3) In order to prevent a possible breakdown, a speaker should plan outsteps for explanation and execute it with confidence. In case of fear of public speaking, one can always start by practising in front of a mirror and slowly start with small groups of friends and acquaintances. This gives practice and makes the speaker more confident.
