✨Handspan and cubit cannot be used as a standard unit of length . This is because these are not particular measurements . Like the handspan will vary from person to person and the true value would not be same . This is the biggest limitation . Thus, they do not provide accurate measurements .

✨The distance between Delhi and Patna cannot be measured in milimeters . This is because the distance between them is very large and milimeters are a very small unit of length . It can be measured in larger units of length like kilometers .

Explanations

Let's take an example that me and a monster wants to exchange some land in the length of our cubit .I measured and gave away 16 inches of land to monster because I have that much of hand and the monster gave me 32inches of land because it had that much of hand .So now you can see that the hands have different length . Therefore we don't use the cubit as a standard unit of length .
