Human beings are not only the consumer of national asset s, they can also be creators of national wealth. In fact human resources are superior to other resources such as land and capital because they make use of land and capital. Land and capital cannot be useful on their own.

2.with proper investment in developing their skills they can be treated as asset
3.Emphasis can be on academically as well as vocational training
4.Well educated and skilled people tend to migrate and work abroad. they are biggest contributors to Indian economy.
5.If training, skills resources and taxes are used in proper way, population is a boon.
