1) why is star shows higher in the sky? ans- in our atmosphere can be consist many type of layer and each have different refractive index .if our rare medium is lower and denser us higher. When star ray at come in atmosphere then it may bend toward normal and so curved direction of ray reach our eye an d our brain read if direction is straight due to which shows higher in the sky.
