2. Ans:- If government make laws banning poaching, or take strict measures to punish poachers, them perhaps the tiger's future would be secure. Similarly business could pour in money to safeguard the existing care given to tigers

3.Ans:- The poet hopes that humans learn to value all life instead of greed so that tigers may be safe.
