If I am asked this question by the interview committee as to why they should select me, I would like to say very politely to them that to get any good result, little risk is required whereas in my case their institute has to take only calculated risk.

The committee may assume for a moment that they have selected me for their organization, in that case their organization is going to keep me on probation for a period of 6 months to 1 year. So, their organization will have enough time to check my performance.
