Answer:

A.The 'ARTHASHASTRA' is an ancient Indian treatise on statecraft, economic policy and military strategy, written in SANSKRIT. Likely to be the work of several authors over centuries ,KAUTILYA ,also identified as VISHNUGUPTA and CHANAKYA , is traditionally credited as the author of the text. B. INDICA is not slang for MARIJUANA, but one of the three species of MARIJUANA ; SATIVA,INDICA AND REDURALIS. SATIVA is more of SKINNY,TALL,LANKY and LESS YIELDING PLANT that produces a mind high . Whereas INDICA is more of a small, broad and usually a higher yielding plant that gives you a COUCHLOCK BODY HIGH.
