Answer:

Supriya is not a betrayer,as she got attracted by the charm of Mallini.

She believes, love for fellow human beings is more important than religion."Malini"has become a follower of Buddhism and preaches love to all her circle.People who hate changing like supriya and her friend kemankar, revolted secretly against it.So,it shows both love and hatred.

Malini shows her greatness,by requesting her father not to kill Kemankar in the end.Though he killed supriya, she tells forgiving is the path of Buddhism.

When thought of from the view of Kemankar, Kemankar always believed Supriya the he said that he would obey whatever she says. In that way, Supriya is a betrayer because she would inform the rude thoughts of Kemankar to the King. Supriya really loved Kemankar, but then she always fought within herself for justice. She knew that killing Malini is a grave thought. So, for the sake of justice to live Supriya became a betrayer.

Malini is a play of love and hatred. It is a play how cultural and religious factors club together, changing the nature of humans from time to time. Malini is always a great princess. She is strong and compassionate. She is not influence by culture. She had her own ways of doing the right thing at any point. It is the minds of the people including Malini’s parents, that keep on changing.

Malini is indeed a great human. Even though Kemankar builds up an army to kill Malini, she was ready to forgive him. People finally realize the greatness of Malini. She even saves the life of Kemankar by pleading her father not to kill him.
