My best friend told me that my doing was wrong. Since she was my bestie I could not be so much hysterical on arguing about my own rights on being free to do whatever I pleased. So instead I explained that it was a inherited trait from my mother and I started this habit when l was child and never really tried to resist this habit. Then the class staterted and she never really cared about it anymore.
