Dear Sir,

I am Ritu . I would like to inform you that nowadays, motorists do not follow the traffic rules. They are not wearing helmets. Most of the youngsters drive bike in a high speed.They don't even follow the rules of the road. They don't drive bike on the left side of the road. It's a major cause of accidents.

So please drop an article on this topic in your newspaper.
