Subject: Mental stress in teenagers during Covid-19 lockdown.
Respected Sir/Mam,
I am a resident of Bombay and quite recently due to the outbreak of Covid-19 we are being asked to stay at home. Our school and college have been shut down to prevent the spread of infection. This has been quite helpful in slowing down the disease but teenage kids are psychologically quite affected. Boredom and stress can make a person dull and numb.
Children have become isolated and annoyed all the time. To keep them energetic and active all the time, we should arrange online seminars and competitions.
Hoping all of this ends soon and we go back to our normal routines.
Thanking you,
Regards,
XYZ.

Dear Sir,
Hope that you are fine and safe. This current pandemic situation has indeed changed our life styles in many ways including our physical interactions with family member or for business purposes.
Impact of social distancing can be surely seen in teenagers, because earlier they would hang out with their friends, go on trips, have some entertainment sources but now all such things have come to halt.
In such situation, i would say that teenagers should make use of digital technology and social media to stay connected
I hope my piece of advise with find your attention.
