1:) Digitisation is more related to converting all our data into bits format and Digitalisation is the use of different technology/methods to change business processes.

Though there is a subtle difference between the two, the two words are used interchangeably by all of us meaning the use of Digital Methods to improve our business processes.

2:) Language is needed for any kind of communication, even people with speech impairments communicate with sign language and brail. Communication becomes difficult in situations where people don't understand each others' language. The inability to communicate using a language is known as language barrier to communication.

Undoubtedly, the incumbent govt has taken great initiatives like Digital India under the leadership of Mr. Modi. These initiatives have helped businesses quickly setup their online presences.

3:) Environmental contexts can have negative and/or positive effects on interpersonal communication or produce barriers, things that inhibit effective communication. ... So things like location, temperature, weather or time of day affect communication and present different barriers for effective communication.
