Solution:

lets take 144   = 12²

to find square root  

1st method : factorization :

144 = 2 x 72

= 2 x 2 x 36

= 2 x 2 x 2 x 18

= 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 9

= 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 3 x 3

= 2² x 2² x 3²

=>√144 = 2 x 2 x3  = 12
