NUMBER OF STARS
Emperor Akbar was very proud and fond of all the nine ministers in his court. But he had a special likeness for Birbal, which made the other nobles in his court extremely jealous. The lot of them decided to banish Birbal and devised a plan for the same reason. Their plan was to go to His Highness, trigger Him to ask Birbal a very difficult question, certain that he would not be able to answer it. They execute their plan eventually. The consecutive day, The Emperor asked Birbal the count of stars in the sky. Birbal asked for a few days time to answer the question, which was readily granted by His Majesty. Birbal comes up with the answer eventually, dragging a sheep behind him. He tells the Emperor that he had he has counted the number of stars and it is the same number as the number of hair on this sheep's body. He also adds that the Nobles of the court can verify it by counting. The Emperor was stunned for a moment, after which he started laughing uncontrollably. He also didn't forget to reward Birbal handsomely.
