  • Common difference (d) = 8

  • First term (a) = 20

As we know

\Large\sf a_n=a+(n-1)d

So,

\sf a_1=20

\sf  a_2=20+(2-1)8

\sf a_2=20+8

\sf a_2 = 28

\sf  a_3 = 20+(3 - 1)8

\sf a_3=20+16

\sf a_3=36

\sf a_4 = 20+(4-1)8

\sf a_4=20 + 24

\sf a_4=44
