- They have cell wall.

- They do not have centriole.
- Vacuole is large and present in the centre of the cell.
- Nucleus is present in the side of the plant cells.
Animal cells:-
- They do not have cell wall.
- They don't have chloroplast.
- Centriole is present in then.
- Vacuole is small.
- Nucleus is present in the centre of the animal cell
