=>1/(x+1) + 1/(x+2) = 4/(x+4)
=>(x+1+x+2)/(x+1)(x+2)=4 /(x+4)
=>(2x+3)(x+4)=4 (x+1)(x+2)
=> 2x^2+8x+3x+12=4x^2+12x+8
=> 2x^2 +x-4=0
use question formula
x={-1+_root (33)}/4
=>(x+1+x+2)/(x+1)(x+2)=4 /(x+4)
=>(2x+3)(x+4)=4 (x+1)(x+2)
=> 2x^2+8x+3x+12=4x^2+12x+8
=> 2x^2 +x-4=0
