Taking L.C.M , We get ....

(1 + 2x + 1)/x = 3/4

Using CROSS Multiplication

4 ( 1 + 2x + 1 ) = 3x

4 ( 2 + 2x ) = 3x

8 + 8x = 3x

8x - 3x = -8

5x = - 8

x = -8/5

HENCE , X = - 8 / 5
