 \frac{1}{x + 3}  +  \frac{3}{7}  =  \frac{1}{2}  \\  =  >   \frac{7 + 3(x  + 3)}{7(x + 3)}  =  \frac{1}{2}  \\  =  >  \frac{7 + 3x + 9}{7x + 21}  =   \frac{1}{2}  \\  =  > 2(16 + 3x) = 7x + 21 \\  =  > 32 + 6x = 7x + 21 \\  =  > x = 11
