Heya ☺

1 ÷ x + 7 + 1 ÷ x + 3 = 6 ÷ 5

=> 1/x + 7 + 1/x + 3 = 6/5

=> 1/x + 1/x + 7 + 3 = 6/5

=> 1 + 1/x + 10 = 6/5

=> 2/x = 6/5 - 10

=> 2/x = 6 - 50/5

=> 2/x = - 44/5

=> 2 × 5 = - 44x

=> 10 = - 44x

=> x = - 44/10

=> x = - 22/5

The answer is given below :

Now,

 \frac{1}{x + 7}  +  \frac{1}{x + 3}  =  \frac{6}{5}  \\  \\ or \:  \:  \frac{x + 3 + x + 7}{(x + 7)(x + 3)}  =  \frac{6}{5}  \\  \\  or \:  \:   \frac{2x + 10}{(x + 7)(x + 3)}  =  \frac{6}{5}  \\  \\ or \:  \: 10x + 50 = 6( {x}^{2}  + 10x + 21) \\  \\ or \:  \: 10x + 50 = 6 {x}^{2}  + 60x + 126 \\  \\ or \:  \: 6 {x}^{2}  + 50x + 76 = 0 \\  \\ or \:  \: 3 {x}^{2}  + 25x + 38 = 0 \\  \\ or \:  \: 3 {x}^{2}  + (19 + 6)x + 38 = 0 \\  \\ or \:  \: 3 {x}^{2}  + 19x + 6x + 38 = 0 \\  \\ or \:  \: x(3x + 19) + 2(3x + 19) = 0 \\  \\ or \:  \: (3x + 19)(x + 2) = 0

So, either 3x + 19 = 0 or, x + 2 = 0

=> x = -19/3 or, x = -2

Therefore, the required solution is

x = - 19/3, - 2.
